SHG stands for Strictly High Grown and means that the beans are grown around 1350 meters above sea level and the grading system on the coffee is based on the altitude the coffee is grown at, the higher above sea level the better the grade of coffee. EP means that the beans are hand sorted to remove defective beans and debris.
The harvest period is December to April.
